Jennifer Draganski resides in Manhattan where she has worked in the field of youth theater for more than 13 years as a director, educator, administrator and writer. She is currently the director of the drama department at the Rodeph Sholom middle school as well as a freelance theater teaching artist. Recently she managed a Music Theatre International Department of Education/Shubert Foundation-funded project which implemented musical theater production programs into under-served New York City middle schools. Draganski has also been a director for Music Theatre International and Disney Theatrical, helping to develop 101 Dalmatians and The Aristocrats into published stage versions. For eight years she was co-founder and director of the 63rd Street Y theater department and has also worked for TADA! Youth Theater, Children's Television Workshop and The Kaufman Center.
