David Zak is a founding member and executive director of Bailiwick Repertory, Chicago. He has received many Jeff Awards including Jeff Citations for his direction of Animal Farm and for his adaptation (with Jeff Casazza) of The Count of Monte Cristo. Zak was named one of the 50 most influential people in Chicago theater by Chicago magazine.
